Untact

Used to describe an activity made without human contact.
With infections from the global pandemic rising, untact transactions are becoming the new business norm. Some sectors, such as hospitality and live entertainment, report facing a crisis as they struggle to develop untact methods of delivery that meet customer needs. Inversely, companies like Amazon, who traditionally provide a totally untact customer experience, are thriving.

rofot

Factories that have been reorganised for minimal human labour and maximum connectivity between devices and machines used to produce goods or services. Commonly the transformation takes place as factories move from traditional 'Industry 2.0' to an 'Industry 4.0' friendly model.
The car factory near Milton Keynes became a rofot in 2020 with only two shift managers required to monitor the entire production process.
