Both partner swallows large amounts of laxative, then fills water balloons up with their diarrhoea. While nude they then proceed to pelt each other with diarrhoea water balloons. When all the fecal filled water balloons runs out, both partners then have to proceed to ingest all remaining diarrhoea that is on the other partner.
