Used in the movie Deuce Bigelow 2 as a euphamism for a sexual act. The act is never defined, but I would assume it is a funny modification of the term "Dirty Sanchez."

Dirty = Filthy
Sanchez = Lopez

Filthy Lopez = Dirty Sanchez
