Rack 

Spray paint wasn’t locked up in cages back in the day it just sat on the merchandise rack … graffiti artist would go and steal the spray paint off the rack usually by swiping it into a large bag

Also called “racking”

Before we go tag up and bomb these trains we need to go rack some paint from the supply store.
