When you get terrible food poisoning and have to poop and barf at the same time.

Guy 1: "Hey why is he still in the bathroom?"
Guy 2: "He vomooping in there, he had a week old taco from Taco Bell."
Guy 1: "Oooooh. I hope he's okay."
