Bulge, down the right side of a man's leg wearing tight jeans (usually Wranglers). Most often seen at a rodeo or at a bar.
A bull rider, or bareback bronc rider (no jock or underwear here, folks!). The package is in the crotch, girls! (A clear outline of a man's anatomy). Girls love it!
