a (non-medical) philosophical condition closely related to hemorrhoids and commonly found in religiously fundamentalist people that results in an inability to properly expel stupid ideas. As a result, all the shit comes out of their mouths.
His theorrhoids actually closed his rectum and backed up his GI tract so badly that all of the shit came out of his mouth, like a bad opinion.
