Rather then a car "Accident" , This is a deliberate attempt to get into a car crash. Some ways of achieving this is having crazy roadrage or closing your eyes on the highway.

Tom: Dude my car is fuckin totalled!!
Clark: That was a sweet Car Purpose , he hit you dead on!!
