SAE

Meaning “second to anything else.” A term used to describe secondary partners that are of importance to the individual yet are not the primary partner within an open and/or polyamorous relationship. To be compared to “before anything else” (BAE).

I’ve been spending a lot of time with SAE since BAE’s in China.
