1. A person who manages to find imperfection in all females, hot or not, thus never capitalizing on sexual opportunities.

2. Elitiest, Wanna-be Socialite.

Bill pulled a Litwin when he mentioned he wouldn't give Pamela Anderson the time of day, because she had man hands.

Example of a Litwin: "Man, I'd never do Jessica Alba because her nostrils are too flared.
