It's when a girl does anything to piss you off. This can range from making you buy her dinner to fucking your best friend.

Person 1: Dude I was supposed to hang out with Kristy tonight but she said she was already at her guy friend's house.
Person 2: Wow, she pulled a cunt maneuver.
