When you masturbate to something so much that you can no longer get your pp up. This usually occurs in men between 18-30 and you can't fix it without extensive therapy. Another way of saying Impotent.

Guy 1: How's your mom doing lately I haven't seen her in a while?
Guy 2: She's alright.
Guy 3: Your mom caused me to have Broke pp, I now have to have extensive therapy.
Guy 1: Dude wtf
Guy 2: Dude wtf that's my mom
