A euphemism for the term 'genital warts', which can be used (usually by a male) in place of the proper terminology in an attempt to soften the blow.
Sexual partner: "Have you been tested?"
You: "Yeah and I was totally clean, unless you count gentleman's warts, WHICH I DON'T."
