A democratic person. Typically a ginger, but some are dark-headed. They like to eat unhealthy foods, and do not like sweet tea.
Ex. "Did you see that Noel Morgan?" - politician
"Yeah, I am not voting for him, that means he is a democrat." - Enthusiastic voter
