Doing the JFK 

When one has not had sleep for so many hours that one begins to nod off and then abruptly wake up repeatedly. This motion causes one's head/neck to look similar to JFK's when he was assassinated.

Man, he stayed up for 32 hours straight. Now he's doing the JFK.
