A children's game, where two people lay on their backs, placing the bottoms of their feet together and pushing their feet (knees to chest) in an alternating movement.
The children laughed with joy as they played pushy pedals on the couch and sang "pushy pedals, pushy pedals, pushy, pushy, pushy pedals!"
