When a male stabs a person (most commonly a female) in the neck with a knife.

John: “Come here bitch!”
Melissa: “No! Please I’m sorry!!! Somebody help me!”
John: “I’ll stab you in the neck blike!”
(Stabs her in the neck)
Richard Sippard(random man watching from street): “Damn, that must be the new blike of the year!”
(Logs new world Blike Record in his goon journal).
