Blargasm

(n.) A male masturbatory orgasm with bad timing as the wanker is accidentally met with an unpleasant sight or sound.

A: Yeah, I shouldn't have turned my head to that grindcore band poster...it was a horrible blargasm.
B: Oh right, then try living next door to someone who watches Oprah and Richard Simmons everyday.
