Feversham Handshake

It is when two men are walking towards each other, they give each other a stern look in the face and grab each other’s genitals which is followed by a firm shake. Afterwards they smell their hands to show appreciation towards their Feversham neighbor.

I saw my neighbor the other day and gave him a Feversham Handshake.
