The act of having no female interactions outside of fictional characters.

Guy 1: Hey bro, I'm going to propose to the girl of my dreams
Guy 2: What girl? You only ever stay in your room
Guy 1: Nah man, I'm going to propose to Ranni
Guy 2: Oh, I should have known. You fool don't you realise that Ranni is a fictional character. You will still be maidenless
