The antonym to schadenfreude - zjierb is the emotion you experience when you go through a small personal inconvenience; the unpleasantness of which is amplified by the fact that it seems like it's not dramatic enough to justify a complaint.
For instance, that feeling when you bite into a pickle and it's a little squishier than you expected.

I stubbed my toe on the way to work today. It's not like it hurts anymore but the zjierb is killing me.
