A pretty scummy/rubbish thing. Used to describe a person or thing. Being a seej isn't the worst thing, but you sure as hell don't wanna be one.

Person 1: My stepmother just cheated on my dad!

Person 2: Omg, what a Seej.

You mum is such a fucking Seej.
