a very strange and ackward word...commonly confused with the word cooch....This word was first founded in the town of Eastbridgewater, MA..Only foreigners from east of the bridge use it most commonly "tardie"...It is often used in refference to someone who is very stubborn, dimwitted, and does not like to listen to other people...

William: Why wont your mom let you use your car?
Tardie: I dont know she can just be a chooch..
