Compobeg 

Someone who begs compensation. Always looking around for ways to claim from someone's insurance (including their own) or from the state. Eg. purposely tripping on a raised pavement.

Just saw a guy deliberately crash his car into a wall and was straight onto the phone to his insurance to claim. That Billig Dag is such a compobeg.
