Piss Fillets

Fish filleted for consumption. Named piss fillet as unlike real meat, it will not make you ‘shit’ but will only make you piss. Common piss fillets are whiting, flat head or mullet.

Caught a couple of piss fillets with me mate out of the tinny on the Barwon on the weekend.
