A person who is a part of a group with very very very high autism levels. This person usually likes using the phrase; “yer mom” or “what in tarnation”. They also usually have a guy with a particularly thiCC ass in this group.

Justin: “uch im so hungry”
A negromp: “YOUR MOMS SO HUNGRY”
Justin: “ oh you must be a negromp”
