Frat Park 

To park a vehicle in a manner to where one does not "give a fuck". Such manuevers include, but are not limited to:

-parking in two or more parking spaces
-occupying a handicapped spot
-parking one or more tire on the curb
-parking on the wrong side of the street
and ect...

Fratstar #1: "Dude, did you see that SAE pull a frat park?"

Fratstar #2: "Yeah, that a-hole has his back right tire up on the curb!"
