A word used to describe someone who is known to act an idiotic or foolish fashion because of an ability to act in a normal and acceptable manner . This can cover anything from not knowing the answer to a simple question to partaking in acts of cabbagery such as not using an indicator when making a maneuver in a car.

A British slang word to describe someone who is an absolute pillock. This person typically says stupid things, contradicts them selves regularly and has no logical explanation for decisions they have made. This term was inspired by internet sensation Old man like Ron, a veteran of 8 world wars.
Andy: "Tom, why have you bought a house which is falling to pieces and costing you every penny you own? You fucking Toby!"
