Nutty Gutty

The creature created by the Japanese Empire to limit population control of China during WW2. After the defeat of Japan Nutty Gutty was let loose and now lives in America cutting off people's balls and hiding in their vents to stay away from the CIA.

CIA Agent 1: Did you find Nutty Gutty?
Agent 2: No Nutty Gutty must be in the vents
