This occurs when a woman has a vaginal expulsion of gas whilst a partner is orally stimulating her vagina during her period. The vaginal fart sprays period blood onto the partner's face. This makes him look like he has been spritzed in the face with hot sauce.
I was eating her out during "that time", and she queefed on me, effectively giving me a hot sauce spritzer.
