Auntie Anne

Twisting of the testicles to the shiny point of bursting, as if to make a new soft pretzel, the likes of which one might buy in a mall or a movie theater. Also known as a "Montana Anne" if balls are dipped in ranch dressing.

He gave me an Auntie Anne wound so tightly that my scrotum almost burst like a water balloon.
