GFV - or Gluten Free Vegan - is derogatory American slang for a woman who won't "put out", i.e. sleep with you.

As featured in Series 7 Episode 13 of "Scandal", where an intern is designated "GFV" on the "Fresh Meat List", or "Hot List" on Capitol Hill.

"Bro, don't waste your time on Alisha, she's GFV."
