The act of covering yourself in elk/buffalo blood and gooning under the light of a full moon.

Jeff: "Hey, me and the boys are gonna go moongooning later tonight, you wanna come?"

Greg: "Sure, just make sure that Dave isnt there, he always ruins the vibe."
