One of the most dangerous cryptids ever. Takes the form of a funny man named Jack in a bowler hat and vest who is trying to be hip. Currently wanders the hills of Burbank seeking to collect all seven of the Tomar Emeralds.

If the Hipjack collects all seven Tomar Emeralds, the world is doomed.
