Frozen Tundra is a sex act where two Green Bay Packers fans (usually two large gay men) take turns shoving ice cubes into each other's assholes, then shit them out into each other's mouths.
After the Packers lost to the Chicago Bears in the playoffs, many Green Bay fans gave each other the Frozen Tundra to make themselves feel better.
