Name given to someone usually of young age who walks around with a Costa Coffee / Starbucks cup being gestured in a circular motion, hinting either a cold beverage that used to be hot or being a basic brand bitch.
Got stuck behind one of those bloody swillers in the coffee shop this morning, ended up getting a iced smoothie in his insulated mug!
