Anyone who orders Wine, with a glass of ice one the side. Then randomly drops ice cubes into his/her wine glass.
You are sitting in a bar, everyone at the bar is having beer or some other adult type beverage. This DOUCHEBAG has the unmitigated gall to order a chardonnay with a glass of ice on the side.
