Commonly used term, for telling someone that they should do something, or 'get on that' when they have no other explanation, and do not want to offend the poor soul. most frequently used by brunette green-eyed teenage girls.

Ex) person A:"I'm going to town for groceries, I might stop into the game on my way" Person B: "When in Rome...."
