Awareness shortage sociopath: Someone so self absorbed and unaware of other people around them that they act in a sociopathic manner. It's social blindness caused by obliviousness, ego, and general stupidity.

An A.S.S. nearly ran me over by accident because he wasn't paying attention or having any awareness whatsoever.
