Balck guy/girl who defends or supports cultural apprpriation or racial slurs against their own race. It also means black guys/girls who doesn't/barely claims to be black or wants to be white bc they hate being black.

Black guy: I only date white girls because they are so much better?
Black girl: Don't overreact, I'm black and "nigger" isn't offensive for me.
Someone else: Woah I bet you're a coon
