The person who does kinky whiping motion with a chain.
eg,
To do a whipping motion, saying sproke everytime you do it, to someone walking away as a joke or to do it in seroius kinky stuff.

also similar to sproking but thats to do . This is the person who does the sproking

Brooke* said "Hi" to Mr. Nathan, but as he was walking away, she* did the sproking motion as a joke.
