a boy who likes this girl that he’s not going to get with. there is nothing he can do to change that- he can’t change himself and it’s just not going to work out. she values his friendship, but she doesn’t like him like that and probably never will. he needs to put his time and energy into someone who will treat him well, and will return his feelings. he needs to move on.
