Flop-flipper 

Someone who takes a pile of bullshit, heats it up for the American public in a long-handled frying pan over a camp fire, and then flips the flop in the pan and laugh-shrugs while doing it.

They are a bunch of flip-floppers, whereas I am the Decid..., er, uh, FLOP-FLIPPER!!!
