ghetto beep

Person (poor person without call minutes/top up obviously from the ghetto) letting the phone ring a few times and hangs up just before you answer.
This all to have you call him/her back

Person A (Poor and from poor neighborhood AKA ghetto) calls / ghetto beeps person B but hangs up before person B answers the phone
Person B is a Little bit richer and has minutes/top up
