A Bifida is the new way of saying dirty bitch, or it can be used a word enhancer.

Matt:Dude your girlfriend is being a real Bifida right now.

Blake:Yeah she hasn't been the same sence that house fell on her bifida sister.

Poochie: I can't work today.
BDUB: Why?
Poochie: I have Spinal Bifida.
BDUB: WTF?
Poochie: Or one of those Bifidas
