A person who constantly interrupts whatever anyone is saying.

Jim: "Hey, I went to the store today and I saw-"
Mike: "DUDE, YOU'll NEVER BELIEVE WHAT I SAW TODAY"
Jim: "Go fuck yourself, interrupticon."
