Tumba
A prominent section on some penises that is significantly thicker than the rest, located underneath the tip, as if a napkin ring were placed around the penis, perhaps. There are different levels to the tumba, and it is not something to be ashamed of.
Important distinctions: many penises may have a slight 'ridge', where it is a bit thicker at the same spot (especially if circumcised), but unless this is very prominent it is not a tumba. The tumba is also not to be confused with a mushroom, where someone has a 'big tip'.
