Similar to a Queef, it is when a fat black lady Queefs, but much louder and stankier than normal.

Guy 1: Dude I was at KFC yesterday getting some popcorn chicken and this whale of a black woman in front of me FEEF'D.

Guy 2: Nasty man, I had the same experience at wal-mart the other day.
