Squat Trot 

The act of explosively shitting when attempting to squat with weight that is much more then the average ability that a person can squat.

Jim: Hey did you here that Tom tried to squat more than usual?

Bob: Doesn't he usually squat 235 lbs?

Jim: Yeah, but he tried squatting 350 lbs, but ended up shitting himself

Bob: That nigga Squat Trotted?! What a shithead..
