To give opponent insane power. One might be trying to say punch over text, but when they make a typo it will come out as pumch. So really they have given you power and you will no longer be getting punched

Irritating kid: "totally gonna pumch you at school tomorrow"

Victim: "pumch?"
irritating kid: "you know what I meant"
